Your engagement is an exciting time! Now it's time to Party!
You should start planning your engagement party as soon as possible, as this will be a celebration you don't want to postpone.
There are many different ways for you and your fiancé to celebrate... don't worry, Oh So Purdy is here to help you plan the party of your dreams!
PLANNING & DESIGN
It’s your day, your vision!
In order to begin planning and designing your event,
we'll first need to set a meeting to establish
the scope of your event, event goals, event budget, and projected date to kick-off the design process.
We'll talk about vendors and develop tailored proposal that supports your overall vision.
Following our meeting, I’ll send you a contract with all of the details
for your approval.
PRODUCTION
Let’s get busy!
As production gets under way, OSP will place orders
and finalize any proposals with your selections made during our design phase.
We'll check and double check your selected vendors to make sure they have all the necessary information and payments needed for your special day!
We’ll also secure any necessary permitting and security for the event.
We'll schedule your final details meeting the week of your event and
review the day of timeline with you in great detail.
